Who We Are

Founded in 2015 by cardiologists from around the globe, the Association of Medical Care Development Peace Organization (MCDP) is a unique, independent, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering peace and social justice through medical education and collaboration. Our mission is to empower the next generation of physicians and scientists to become ambassadors of dialogue, compassion, and cooperation across borders.

Our Vision At MCDP, we believe that healthcare professionals have a critical role to play in bridging cultural divides and promoting peace. We are committed to creating a global community of doctors who not only excel in their medical practice but also embrace a humanitarian approach to their work and lives.

What We Do MCDP develops and supports a variety of projects aimed at:

  • Education and Training: Equipping young physicians and scientists with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their fields while fostering values of social justice.

  • Global Networking: Connecting doctors from around the world to share knowledge, collaborate on medical advancements, and promote peace through shared understanding.

  • Humanitarian Engagement: Offering opportunities for medical professionals to add a humanitarian dimension to their careers by participating in projects that promote health equity, education, and peaceful relations across countries.

Annual Meeting Every year, MCDP hosts its Annual Meeting in Parma, Italy, an event founded by doctors from the prestigious Mayo Clinic. This gathering brings together medical professionals from all over the world to exchange ideas, share best practices, and foster collaborations that advance our mission of peace through medicine.
